Return Guidelines

Return Requirements

• Return must be in original packaging with all accessories
• Product must be unused and sealed for hygiene reasons
• Shipping charges for returns are borne by the customer
• Refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the return

Process & Cancellation

Returns Process

• Initiate return through our customer portal or email support@eom.ma
• You'll receive a return authorization number (RMA)
• Pack the product securely in original packaging
• Ship to our designated return address
• Include RMA number on the shipping label
• Track return status through our customer portal

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before shipping for full refund
• Once shipped, regular return policy applies
• Refund for cancelled orders processed within 3-5 business days
