All parts that come in contact with milk should be cleaned after each use with warm soapy water and air dried. All parts except the motor unit are dishwasher safe (top rack).
We recommend replacing: flanges every 3-6 months, valves every 2-3 months, and collection bottles as needed.
The pump should sit securely in your nursing bra. Ensure the flange is centered over your nipple and the collection container is properly aligned.
Any nursing bra with good support works well. We recommend a pumping bra or nursing bra with some stretch for the most comfortable fit.
