Eomma 360 comes with 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

Coverage Details

What is covered?

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Material defects
  • Pump Motor failure

What is not covered:

  • Silicone parts after first use
  • Shields and flanges after opening
  • USB cable
  • Battery degradation from normal use
  • Screen scratches or external damage
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from misuse or accidents
  • Unauthorized modifications
  • Improper cleaning or storage
  • Cosmetic changes
  • Accessories and consumable parts
  • Water damage
  • Damage from non-approved charging devices
  • Issues from firmware modifications

Claim Process & Conditions

How to Claim Warranty

Contact our customer service with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos/videos of the problem
  • Proof of purchase

Our team will assess the claim within 72 hours. If approved, we'll provide:

  • Replacement parts
  • New unit

Warranty void if:

  • Serial number removed/altered
  • Product opened by unauthorized person
  • Used with non-Eomma accessories

App-related exclusions:

  • Compatibility issues with unsupported devices
  • Data loss during app updates
  • Connection issues from phone settings
